Hey guys, I looked through the message archive and it seems like the people who posted about CELs new a little more than me, and probably figured what they knew was common knowledge.
I have found that there is a blue connector on the passenger side that needs to be connected to a computer, (or shorted?)
Is there a way for me to check which code is thrown myself or do I need to pay the dealer $70 to check for me?
Thanks!

So here is my result, and the matching code. Are any of the below potential causes common on a 1998 Prelude with 60K miles?
Thanks
71,72,73,74 Misfire Detected -
Cylinder 1
Cylinder 2
Cylinder 3
Cylinder 4
Ignition System
Fuel Supply System
EGR System
IAC Valve
Contaminated Fuel
Lack of Fuel
Valve Clearance
Fuel Injector Circuit
Low Compression
Thanks

Recently I had my fuel injectors cleaned, (Jiffylube's power purge or whatever), so the codes should not have been thrown by this.
Also, Honda told me that the Fuel Filter should last for the lifetime of the vehicle. Does that still hold for a car that was sitting in a garage for a month?
I experienced no change in driveability when the CEL appeared and I drove to a friend's home and back, approximately 30 miles total. Since this morning I've had the car sitting.
I just cleaned my K&N air filter, but it doesn't seem like it's air related.

The fuel filter should be replaced! Just every 60Kmiles. You could also check your plugs, wires as you have probs with misfire. This info about fuel problem seems to point to clogged fuel filter (or somewhere on the way from the tank to the engine). Have it checked ASAP as you may destroy the engine driving without fuel.
70$ for CEL checking?
America is awesome
Just use safety-pin in the connector and voila you are blinking some fantastic codes

I just threw these codes recently and even posted it recently. I guess i'll try to replace my fuel fiter too and see if I still throw the codes. My car was in my garage sitting for a long, long, time.
Someone also said it may be my plugs too you might want to check that but I am in the same boat as you throwing all four codes, so I am doubting all the plugs are bad.

I just got the call from Honda. What they told me was the memory needed to be reset. They checked all of the electrical and fuel components involved in the firing of the cylinders and found no problems.
I guess the used manual ECU I got installed with my swap had some old data in it.
