CEL Question???
I got a 93 Prelude Si, with a 01 H22a swap along with a OBDI P13 ECU, i changed the spark plugs, belts, fuel filter, and O2 sensor and still every time i drive cruisin down the highway in 5th gear when i hit 80mph my CEL always comes on and never goes off untill i turn my car off and turn it back on. I check the code and its one quick flash...so its the O2 sensor....i've replaced the O2 sensor and even the Catalyic Converter and still get the same code.....and the timing is set to 15 degrees....Any help please....Thanks guys....
Also after the CEL comes on and when i drive in the city (stop and go traffic)...the car bogs big time then picks up really fast then bogs again in every gear.....thanks.....

OBD I, single wire sensor yes, make sure the sensor wiring is not shorted or open some place where you have not looked yet. You may end up needing an OEM sensor if it is not right now or you will have to get a scope hooked up to it and see what the sensor is doing, bogging sounds like an O2 sensor isue to me. Your ECM is in limp home mode making the fuel too rich, bogging at low RPM but higher RPM can handle the extra fuel YES. The O2 is not being read by the ECM.
