Code 13 is Barometric pressure sensor, which is built into the ECU.
The code for VSS is 17, unplug it and see if you have any corrosion on the pins. It doesn't throw a code unless something is not getting a connection at all.

Right below the throttle body waaaayyyyy down there. It's hard to find at first, just look around..
That still doesn't explain your code 13...I've never even heard of that before. Check it again, maybe?....
