i bought a JDM H22a and switch the ecu because the car needs inspection. drove around a little and now i have a CEL but when it passes like 5k rpm it starts to Flash. checked the codes and its throwing Random Misfire in all 4 cylinder.

anybody ever ran into this problem??

Maybe an issue with coils? Or check all wire connection if this happened right after the swap.

ive had a few suggestions. so ive Changed Spark plugs and wires. cleaned EGR Valve and CEL still on.

Did you clear the ecu codes after the repairs?

yea. after each repairs i take the battery cable out for like a min than hook it back up

If the light comes when you start the engine, there is a good chance the codes didnt clear. And may have already fixed the car. But if the light comes on after the engine hits high rpm, I would look into more secondary ignition as the fault. Cap, rotor, coil perhaps?
