Hi, whenever i turn on my ac, it doesnt seem to work.. it constantly blows out hot air and it never chills down, also, when i turn on the fan or the broken ac, some of the vents on the drivers side dont work (dont blow out air) would this solution fix my problem??

Which vents don't?? The vent on the door and the one for the driver's side window?? If you are talking about these two, the problem exits under your steering column. There is a hose that runs underneath there for these two vents. I taped mine at the joints to prevent any leaking/coming apart again.

The link you posted is a fix if your climate control does not respond correctly when you push the vent direction buttons in; i.e the vents are on defrost and they will not change to the face position when you press the face button.

I have heard of MANY people having issues with their climate control unit. I would do perform this fix if you are having issues with your AC too. I am going to test mine today when I get my AC belt. I hope this fixes it. I will let you know if it does. However, my AC has not been used for almost 3 years. I hope freon is still in the system. The ac compressor was bypassed using a Prelude S NON AC belt.

 

Does everything else wotk?

Check your fuses. Could have blown the compressors fuse. Could be low on freon. Cable could be off the temp controll and stuck on hot.
