bumper clips
If you are talking about the clips on the actual bumper, you could mold them out with some JB Weld. That stuff will turn into steel. I have a few busted on mine also which i plan to fix this way.
I've never done this, but I might have to give it a try the next time I take my bumper off because like you most of my tabs have broken.
I figure I get some thin sheet metal and cut it to the shape of the original tabs. I'm gonna try and attach these with epoxy. Make sure the mating surface of the metal tabs are large and the bumper clean where these tabs are epoxied to. Use some electric tape to build the metal tabs a bit.
I heard people saying they used plastic ties, but no one ever responded to any inquiries on how this was done.
I've tried the JB weld and other "super" glues and epoxies. They will not last long.
