Brake Problem.
I have a 1995 Honda Prelude VTEC. The brake light located under the ABS light is now on all the time. The day before it persistently stayed on, it would flicker in a sharp, fast turn. The brakes do make screeching noises every once in a while and the right front wheel makes a noise (squeaks) every time it revovles, but it isn't really loud. The light usually only comes on when i engage the E-brake. However, when i do engage the E-brake, the light just shines brighter. What do you think the problem could be?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Sounds like at first your brake fluid was just low enough to trip the sensor on turns, now its tripping the sensor all the time, check your fluid, brake noise could be low pads which explains where all the fluid is.
yep, check fluid. it was low. filled it a bit. turned on car and it was fine. They replaced the master cylinder. I also found one of their rags down in my engine bay...
thanks for help.
