right now i have a cheap ebay short ram intake on my prelude which is a 4th gen with a jdm h22a, i bought a injen CAI intake i was wondering if i should just buy a filter for it and throw it on, or should i buy a BPI flow stack and the intake it comes with ???? What will give me the most HP??? is it worth the price??

That seems like a very nice install, but I remember hearing something about it eating babies. Prolly kittens too, you better watch your young.

at the top of the air filters why do they not allow air flow to come in (ie. through another circular filter at top)? instead they just cap it? Also, in a 4th gen are you able to some how get your filter lower down in the front end like the 5th gen in above picture? Or is it sortof force to be up in engine bay by the battery? Also, when in that place would adding vents in the wheel well by your filter allow more access to free flowing air (off the spin of your tires)? if vented im sure you'd need a filter of sorts to prevent water from entering and hydrolocking filter/motor?

the splash guard already has vents down there on the bottom, or you can just remove the piece all together.....I opted to keep mine in tact

Your filter idea is like the Apexi filter of similiar design, but doesnt go with the BPi.
