What is the highest boost you have run (reliably) on your H22? I've heard a lot of bad things about boostin internally stock Ludes and just want some feedback from you turbo Prelude guys...

 

8-9psi i think, thats what most turbo companies say to run.

 

very few people are actually boostin 8-9psi even 10psi on stock internals but that is with very good tuning...which is hard to find these days..well for me anyways(thats why i didnt go boost yet)...it all comes down to tuning..and even with good tuning expect to see your stock motor last about another year if youre lucky....in the end it all comes down to tuning..but eventually get the motor rebuilt then you can turn up the boost on that sucka!!!

 

yeah i say 8 psi is the max for me.

 

What do you drive with on the street? 8? or lower?

I run 10lbs all day no problems on pump gas.....
