Please do some research first, I'm sure you will find the answer. Honda-tech is a great tool, you can also use Google.
There is no definite answer -- some people can boost 18 psi, others 8psi.

first off.. why would you boost a stock motor? second.. like attaus says.. there is no definite answer. everyone's going to tell you the exact same thing, go research this before you start anything. i think you may be way over your head on this one..
