Bolt threads on upper arm is screwed.. Can I replace it?

On the upper-arm there is a pin you remove then you unscrew the 17mm nut well. The threading on the bolt is really messed up because I used the pitman puller and it slide off the edge and screwed up the threading horribly and now the nut won't screw back.. Is it replacable? or would I have to get a new upper arm?
Btw, are the rear upper arms on a 97-01 base the same as a 92-96.. I am looking at pics and they look the same. I found some on ebay only for 97-01 and none for 92-96 and i need some desperately!!!
Also does anyone know the the bolt size for it? I am gonna cop a re-threader to see if I can restore the threads a bit. My dad went to autozone and said it was M12 x 1.25 but I don't trust them

are you talking about the anchor bolts? or the through bolt that goes through the bushing?? i would just try to retap it. if not take the nut and bolt to autozone, and if that fails, go to a junkyard.
