Default Bogging when throttle opened

So I had to replace the O-ring in the oil cooler sandwich plate and that is where the problem began. After replacing it I pinched it and all the oil sprayed on the ground. Replaced it again this time more careful with it. In order to replace it I took the intake manifold off(separated all 3 parts). Also took out fuel rail/ injectors. When I was taking off the upper portion of the manifold I pushed the throttle bracket out of place. Also I dropped one of the fuel injectors and the filter came out, but i cleaned it good before re installing. When I started it up it hesitates to idle, also when I place load on it it dies. When pressing the throttle wide open it chokes and bogs out. Any ideas on what could be the culprit. Almost wanna think the TPS or something fuel related. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
