Hey guys, the damn thing wont stay put, it just pops off and the car dies with all kinds of cel's and whatnot. I have tried numerous times to bolt it back down but it just shakes loose. I am using 6-32 bolts but i think they might be too small, and I dont have the helms laying around to see the actual size. This morning i put it back on with two properly sized lock washers and correct o-ring, but it popped off tonight.....Funny thing is, is that it runs better without the o-ring in the little orifice around the vacuum port for the sensor......what gives??

Setup is the following.

1995 JDM H22a
bolt on's I/H/E
no porting of any kind
Secondary butterflies always open - possibly too much vacuum?
everything else is stock, except the custom non-functional backup lights :-)
