Default BIG compression problem. Please help!

I got my accord out of the ridiculously stupid and retarted shop after 5 months!

I have a RevHard boosted JDM H22A. It wasnt running write at all, pulsating, taking a vey long time to start up, but i had it sitting in the garage for the past couple of weeks doing body work to it. I did a compression test just now to see what is going on,

results:
1st cyl = 125
2nd cyl = 120
3rd cyl = 80
4th cyl = 75!!!!!!

the engine probobly has over 300k miles!!!!! unbelievable. I am soooo angry.

I guess its down to either getting a new motor, or rebuilding it with performance parts while i sue the shop.

What do you guys suggest i do? If i should rebuild it, what parts should i get? Thank you very much for your help.

First of all do a valve adjustment to make sure the valve will be closed at TDC. Then try your compression test again. If the results are the same or worse, more than likely its bent valves. For all we know the shop could of ragged the sh*t out of it after the install.

Also pour about 2 tablespoons of oil down the spark plug tube and do a compression check if the pressure goes up it is a bad piston rig if it doesn't it is a valve problem

i poored the oil into the cylinder and the pressure went up to 300. I guess the piston rings are gone... What do you think my next step should be?

Find a better shop. And get them to look at it. Unfortunatly it sounds like your gonna need to rebuild your bottom end.

You should either replace the engine or rebuild it...

i guess i would have to build the motor up then... Do you guys know which parts i should replace and with what brands? Should i also resleave it? I cant really afford to have my car off the road, i need a way to get to work and i havent driven it in months. I believe that if i resleave it i would have to have the motor sent out to a machine shop witch would take a long time i believe. If i just take it to a better shop, they could rebuild the motor within a week i hope? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
