Balljoint
I used the pickle fork type balljoint puller anyway i ended up tearing some boots. I see that i can buy a new boot from honda but how do you install just a boot and pack it with grease ?
Also if a balljoint spins while you try and tighten or loosen it does that mean it is bad ?

Yeah, just get as much grease as you can in there and then there should be a spring clip to hold the boot on.
If it spins, there's either grease in the taper-bored part or it's not pulled through far enough to catch.

where is the taper-bored part and what is may not be pulled through enough ? Sorry i am just not very familiar with the internals of a balljoint.

The shiny metal part directly under the boot. That's the part that makes contact with the hub or knuckle or whatever the joint is attaching to:
