Default Balancing that important?

How important is it to balance a bottom end? Is it really that crucial? Does it really make that big of a difference? I'm thinking of stripping my H22 motor apart and doing a complete balance of the whole rotating assembly. What else should I do while I'm at it? Don't think I'll be replacing any of the pistons with forged ones, etc.. or anything like that.. Probably just stock components. Any ideas?

If you are just planning on taking it apart just to balance the bottom end it is not worth it. If you do change anything(rods, pistons, crank) it is a must to balance your bottomend. When we balance our bottomend we balance the whole rotating mass. That includes the flywheel, clutch, pressureplate, and pulley.
