b20a3
Anyone know something about these motors? My friend just bought a 1988 prelude 2.0s. I'm interested in tuning this motor. Anyone have info on this motor?

I have a 89 prelude with the b20a3 also. There isn't much stuff for our engine. You should look into geting new carbs. you can get some webbers that would work good.

Good luck. There is no aftermarket support for the b20a3. It is in no way related to the more popular b20 motor normally swapped into civics and tegs. Your best bet is to make your car run 100% and save up for a fuel injected car or a FI swap in your car.

Yeah what he said above, no aftermarket at all. The last header ever produced by DC Sports was over 10 years ago for a Carbed model 2.0s 3rd gen.
You can have one made custom but it will be pricey, and after all that has been done to it your not going to gain much power at all.
If you are persistant in trying to make it perform, then head over to prelude power.com(no space) and there is a thread that I cannot link here so you will have to search it over there.

Re: b20a3
check out ************.com for a huge resource on the motor. most people will just tell you to throw on the PGMFI head w/ ecu and not to bother with the carb. for the price and reliability its sad but true.
