Default Automatic prelude shift **** replacement...Help!

I have to replace my shift **** in my 98 auto prelude, but im not sure which one of these would fit.

This one is on ebay listed for a prelude. It doesnt mention if its for an auto or 5 speed. The bottom part looks like my old shift ****, but want to be sure.

This one is from a 2005 TL that is automatic and it looks a lot like my old one. I just want to be sure that that it will screw into place.

the first one would go on but you will see the clips stick out cuz it was ment to hold a boot the second should be the same thread as your factory one so it should look better
