ATTS or NOT?
I want to know what you guys think about my plans for my car. I have a 99 SH and I am going to go all-motor. I have not decided if I want to boost it or supercharge it yet, regardless I am prepping for an all-motor set up. Which brings me to my question. I need to get a new tranny because my current tranny needs too much work. I was planning on buying another SH tranny. Should I save up and get a non-SH tranny and drop the ATTS? If I decided to do that, how much would Quarife run me? What type of tranny is good to get and how much do they run?
I was initially wanting to sleeve and replace my internals while either boosting or running a superchrager at low boost so I still can make use of the ATTS. Has anybody done this before on an SH? Thanks for all your opinions .

Wow, that is a lot. Does anybody know of a dealer in So Cal? What type of tranny would be good to use and would the tranny cost more than $500, say for a JDM tranny? I have heard there is some kind of modification to make for a non-SH tranny on an SH block.

yes i agree. or try to get oem lsd tranny. m2b4 here, works great at 301 whp, we'll see how it works at 500+ in a few weeks.
but more importantly you need to decide if you are goin n/a or boost. it makes a big difference on your build when the time comes. different pistons and different cams are the first too big ones that comes to mind.

you are looking at 700-1k for oem lsd, or ~5-600 h22 tranny+lsd price

Then you got a phenomally good deal . . . . congrats. Where'd you get it? Which tranny? I KNOW there'd be a huge demand if that price were repeatable.
