ATTS -> base swap?
Well, I'm about to swap in a standard H22 from a 99 Base in my 98 SH. l. Is there anything I need other than the engine/tranny/mid-shaft?
Didn't see anything in the search.
Thanks!

if you have an SH right now, you can still use your current block. All you'll need to do is make a bracket for the intermediate shaft as well as get a Base tranny....I actually just helped a friend of mine do this conversion about 2 months ago

I have a complete, running, guaranteed base engine and tranny. As such, I'm going to pull my SH engine (timing belt snapped) and do a complete detail rebuild with upgrades while still driving on the base engine.
Then I'll do the ATTS delete with the intermediate shaft on my turbocharged SH engine. :-)
