APEX'i ITC
Have any of you used the APEX'i ITC Timing controller yet? I just purchased one and have yet to wire it up. It allows me to advance and retard the timing seperatly at 5 different points in the RPM range. Should be fun ecspecially since I can now advance the timing up to 4,000 rpm to help the launch and then retard it after that for N2O use.
If anyone has used it, let me know what you think about it. I am going APEX'i crazy lately! :D

I priced it a while ago, and it was just way too expensive.
MSD has some timing control devices out now. I don't know how expensive they are, but if I was interested in timing control I would look there first rather than pay the premium for Apex'i electronics.

Ironic. I had bought an MSD Timing Control Module because it plugged right in to my MSD 6A ignition. However, I did not like the large ****, and the fact that I could only adjust it to one setting over the entire RPM band, so I took it back the next day and bought the APEX'i.
I thought there were more adjustable models of the MSD. How much did you get the ITC for? Last time I priced it it was just over $300.00.
the cost of the V-AFC, ITC, and AVC-R together pays for my standalone engine management system.

I got the ITC for $225.
I have thought about standalone, but at the moment, I just do not need it. I am going to keep playing with APEX'i stuff for now. Hopefully they will finally get their standalone out for our cars.
