And WOuld an ITC work go0d with my V-AFC because my friend has one right now to sell to me and i was thinking about getting it, but only if it will help!

and "bump" refers to when you reply to your own post just to get it back to the top of the Forum page, typically people don't bumpo a topic until it is at least to the second page
and, to answer your question, i say it's complete BS, it shoudn;t make any difference wether you car is OBDII or OBDI, it all works off the same principles

Do you think that getting the Type-S pistons would be a difference?Like would i be quicker or is there more to it than just pistons to get a little more power...cause i can get the pistons for like $360 and i wouldnt mind spending that if its an increase that is visible! know of any go0d websites?

SUPER ITC (Ignition Timing Converter)
Ignition Timing controller that allows the user to modify ignition timing from inside the vehicle.
The Super ITC allows the user to modify the crank angle signal and adjust the ignition timing of the vehicle. Ignition Timing can be modified + / 15%. By using the Super ITC in conjunction with the Super AFC fuel controller, a new level of performance and flexibility can be attained which was never before possible with entry-level sub computers.
The ITC allows the user to modify ignition timing according to RPM specific levels, much like the Super AFC modifies fuel. The five ***** on the face of the unit indicate a particular RPM level at which timing may be modified.

i dont exactly know how it works but my friend says its a go0d combination with the V-AFC and that it could make a difference in your car performance so i wanted to get that and the type-s pistons to make my car a little faster for now so so so much $$$...get me?

Re: Apex'i ITC ? (Memo6453)
It will work on the 5th Gen. It modifies the crank trigger signal.
It is absolutely not worth $300.00. You're not going to get much out of it.

Re: Apex'i ITC ? (Memo6453)
Why are you trying to alter your timing??
W/type S pistons...like you stated above, there won't be a need to retard your timing...unless you run shitty gas.. (I would run 91oct minimum.)
You could advance your timing...but that is definatley not worth 300 bucks.
