Default another overheating thread

my car will never overheat sitting at idle.
but when im on the highway going about 60 for like 5-10 mins it was go into the 3rd bar and sometimes the 4th bar. so i have to turn on the heat full blast to cool it back down to normal temp.
i dont think its the themostat because the bottome hose gets warm.

let me know what you think..
new engine.. almost 2k miles on it

is the top hose warm too?
If not, you got a big problem.....
