Default another idle issue

hi, i am new on this forum and this is my first post!
i have a 92 honda accord in wich i just finished installing an 92-95 h22a...so i will post here

i have been driving the car for over a week and its running great, but 2 days ago, after a highway ride, i noticed my idle stayed at 2000rpm. when i rev it and let go, the idle drops to its normal 800ish rpm and right back up to 2000rpm and stays there

im really not sure about this, but i think i heard a small ''popping'' sound when i got on the highway, so i checked for vaccum leaks, i sprayed carb cleaner a bit everywhere to see if the idle would react, i replaced the IAC by the one from my original F22, i check the 2 small holes in the throttle body (the bottom one doesnt seem to suck while the top one sucks my finger...im not really sure whats normal or not here but i think it means nothings wrong there)
i put the car on the lift and found a small prestone leak on the hose that goes from the engine to the heater core (in the firewall)..i just finished replacing it and refilling my coolant but it didnt solve the problem

if anyone can help, would be great...right now im out of ideas and i hope this isnt damaging my new motor

i made lots of research, lots of similar threads but none thats exactly my problem or none that the solution was found
i dont have an up and down idle issue, i have a 2k rpm idle at all times...

im thinking now maybe the TPS could do that?

make sure your TB is closing all the way. is your throttle cable bracket on the intake manifold look ok? nothing moved or bent? is the cable too tight?

sounds like a sticky TB plate if you can slap the pedal and it fixes itself.
might aswell check voltages at the TPS. .45 closed 4.5 open or close to it.

Am more than sure that the top port on the throttle body is supposed to suck like that. Am not completely sure tho. According to the honda service manual on the h23 you should check the eacv. but if your check engine light aint on dont even check it imo. Second it say's to check your fast idel valve, hoses and connections, finaly your idel adjusting screw. I know you got an h22 but this might help. I listed the troubleshooting procedures in order according to how the service manual had them listed. I hope it helps bros sorry if it dont.

The pop may have been the hose popping. When it did, you might have gotten an air pocket in there now. You're going to need to rebleed it. Just turn the heater control **** all the way to red and drain the coolant. Then open the bleeder valve and refill the coolant until it sprays out of the valve solid with no air. Then close the valve.

according to my manual your car is equipped with the following: EGR Valve\ Idle Air Control Valve\ Fast Idle Valve\ Air Boost Valve.

Your problem will be with one or more of these OR/AND a vacuum leak. Double check hoses because they might look fine but if they are old they could have cracks. Check the radiator hoses that hook up to the fast idle valve. this makes ur car idle high at cold startup until engine reaches temp.
