Another FI question
Ive looked through the prelude fi faq already...
I want to boost my jdm h22 and i figured i would build up the bottem end.
I was thinking
9.5:1 je, wiseco or arias pistons and eagle rods, along with sleeving it. Id probaly just throw in some arp head studs for the meantime and come back later when i have the money to build the head. Aem ems will be my fuel management.
What would you say is a completely reasonable amount of boost to run on that compression ratio and bottom end? I was thinking around 15lbs.
If i run to low of a compression ratio, is the car going to be super slow until i hit boost?
Also if i was going to use a boost controller to run say 10lbs on the street and around 15 while racing, i can have the ems dyno tuned at both settings and have it remember it right?
Id be using an hks turbo, love fab manifold, tial waste gate, greedy type s bov, endyne cf IM, skunk cam gears, all necessary guages, fpr, intercooler, injectors etc.
sorry for the long post.
