this is dumb, but do you just tighten the bolt on the alternator to tighten the belt? it seems that when I start the car, some belt makes a squeel?

 

belt might be shot

but you loosen the 12mm nut underneath the alternator on the right side, loosen the 14mm bolt that runs through the alternator on the top, and then you tighten or loosen the 10mm tensioner bolt until you get desired belt tension

its pretty simple, but make sure your belts good
