Default ac help

I purchased a new suction line, installed it, BUT where it connects to the condenser box right next to the passengers side strut the box "thing" broke... I have no idea what it is called, nor can I find it on the honda automotive parts website, any ideas what it is called? Where I can find a replacement? THX

Are you talking about the connection from the evaporator to the other two lines? Did you over tq it?

yeah that looks like its it, damn that expensive... hopefully I can grab one from somebody doing a part out! Thanks! Yeah I over torqued it, I was stupid and didn't refer to the manual, which said you need the o-ring, so then I just tired to tighten it up and well, BLAME it broke and now I have to replace the whole unit 7 P's are at work here, Prior Proper Planning Prevents **** Poor Performance.

Wow dude. The fact that you didnt even add an o-ring is amazing. The tq on those bolts is like 7 lbs and would never work without an o-ring anyway. And if your sytem has been open for awhile you have alot of work ahead of you if you want it to work.

The system has only been opened for less than 24 hours... once I get the piece and put everything together again (properly) what steps would I need to take? I realize now that what I did was dumb and I didn't use my head, especially with torquing down that nut, but what steps do I need to take once everything is together again?
