Default abs light

hey guys i drive an acura vigor and i realize i am in the wrong forum, but i need a question answered. The reason i came to this section is because, this section has the most motion. let get to the point, i work at bestbuy and one of my installers said that if i pull out the abs brake fuse to inspect it and put it back, that the abs light will stay on forever and there is only one way to turn it on. first, is that true and second, if it is then how would you turn it off.

thanks, faiz.

1. connect the scs service connector to the service check connector (2p).

2. depress the brake pedal.

3. turn the ignition switch ON (II) while keeping the brake pedal depressed.

4. after the abs indicator light goes off, release the brake pedal.

5. after the indicator light comeson, depress the brake pedal again.

6. after the indicator light goes off, release the brake pedal again.

7. after a few seconds, the indicator light blinks twice and the DTC is erased. if the indicator light does not blink twice, repeat steps 1-6. if the indicator light stays ON after the indicator light blinks twice, check the DTC because a problem was detected during initial diagnosis.

8. turn the ignition OFF, and remove the SCS service connector.
