99 Lude vtec issues
Do you have any cel? The crossover should be smooth but you should feel
A bit of pull around 4400-5000 rpm. If you want to do alittle trick I learned
If everything is in working order first... the vtec solenoid has 3 bolts that hold
Gota to the head. Unplug the on wire connection. Un bolt it. and check the
Screen for sludge or build up on the front and back and clean the solenoid.
I did this awhile back and if it was dirty, you will notice a difference in the
Crossover ...
But if you have no cel lights it should be working ... maybe do a compression
test to be sure the motor is just not getting weak over the years... not saying
Yours is. Its just cheap reassurance...

Yea all day yesterday I've been trying to see why my CEL won't turn on on start up, and I don't know if its normal but sometimes it'll only rev up to 6,500 then jerk back like if that's were the rev limiter is at, but then sometimes I can get it to 7k... Never really hear the vtec tho, thanks for the tips
