My first honda live in the desert must have a/c clear dryer window good fuses freon up hit the button no light im missing something, please help

he lives in the desert, the a/c in his first honda isnt working.

his fuses are good, the freon is good, something about a clear dryer window?

he hits the button to turn on the ac, and the light in the button doesnt turn on. Im also going to assume the a/c doesnt turn on with the light, because i dounbt someone would complain about a light not turning on.

the clutch on the compressor is bad.

 

buy the parts and fix it yourself shops charge out the *** for ac repairs from my experience
