92 lude timing problem

Default 92 lude timing problem

how should all the timing mark be on the cam gears and fly wheel be set at so timing is good

in helms it talks about having the arrows point up on the cam gears and havin it at TDC

im working on mine but cant get the damn crankshaft bolt off

both cams pointing up and the crank mark pointing up should be perfect

Take it to a shop and have them take it off and put it back on hand tight. They don't charge alot and they never seem to have much trouble getting it off.

i have the arrows on the cam gears pointing up perfect and with the cracking gear arrow up too but should i worry with the fly wheel marks at all iv been workin on the thing for like 3 weeks straight and cant seem to figure out what is really rong with it when i start it the idel is really ruff do u have any idea what to do

there is a special tool that holds the shaft in place while you turn the bolt....i had a hell of a time getting mine off til i got that tool from honda. i'd venture to say that you wont be able to get it off without it.....i had my grandparents huge compressor and air gun(used for tractors...they were farmers).
