Are those floating pins greased enough? That happened on one of my rears, the pin was bone dry and the thing seized and killed my rotor. Other than that, I'd say rebuild the caliper.

I would agree with Greg. Rebuild the caliper piston. It sounds like it is not moving freely under pressure. Although the slider pin needs to be well lubed in this case I doubt that it is the problem. I would rebuild the piston and flush the lines well. It you find debris in the lines then I would do the rest of the lines. You don't want to screw around with brakes not working.
