Default 5-bolt conversion

Here's the pics of the finished product for those that were asking. yeah I have 3 left rims...like whateva!

Simple swap as detailed by someone else

-5th gen BASE front knuckles/bearings/hubs/rotors/ (calipers not needed if you have a VTEC already)
- 5x114.3 rims
- 5ht gen rear spindles/hubs/rotors/ (calipers not needed)

IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION

Special Thanks to go pre from PO.com for bringing this up!

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Originally posted by go pre
[BApparently the 4th gen axle spline is too long for the 5th gen hub. When I torqued down the axle nut, it ran out of threads and did not seat the spline through the hub fully. As soon as I drove the car the bearing came loose.

I don't know if this is an issue with all 5th gen hubs, but I tried 2 different ones from a 98 and had the problem with both.

To fix the situation, I used a washer under the axle nut. That gives the nut more room so it can pull the axle in all the way. [/B]</TD></TR></TABLE>

So to make sure you don't just ruin your wheel bearings you need either
1. Enough washers so that the axle tightens
2. 5th gen axles.

Do it!

another nice piece of work you have done. those rims look a thousand times better on a 4th gen then they do on a 5th.

thanks.</TD></TR></TABLE>Using all new OEM honda parts its around 900-1k at least that is what it is for 5th gen accords for pretty much the same parts only using odysee/v6 accord front end parts rather than the 5th gen lude. Junk yard parts are much cheaper....

You forgot if you have an SI 4th gen you need to get the rear ABS sensor from the 5th gen Prelude to match up to the newer spindle
