Default 4th Gen VTEC install question

This is kind of ridiculous, but Im trying to throw a test pipe on my 95vtec and I cant seem to get to the top bolt on the top of the flange. I mean, Ive tried to get a ratchet and wrench in there, no luck. Any suggestions? Im not new to this, just that other cars ive done this on werent as awkward as far as bolting points. Any help would be GREAT! Thanks in advance!

Soak it in WD-40 or PB Blaster and just use a breaker bar the best you can. If you can't get it it may be rusted solid in which case you'll have to cut it off. Test pipes are gay anyway...get ready for a raspy rice exhaust tone.
