Default 4th gen Header ??

hey guys..was just wondering if i got a new performance header for my car will it actually kill the porformance since i got no exhaust system yet. the reason im askin this is cuz a buddy of mine is selling his car so hes sell the header for dirt cheap and i was gonna pick it up. mods ive got are an intake manifold, intake w/ comptech filter, and upgraded ignition....help is appreciated..thanks..

You should take the header - what kind is it? - it might hurt a tad bit, but you don't HAVE to put it on right now....just buy it if its a good deal. You definately want to get an exhaust sometime down the road......

It'll be like having a full Coke bottle - 24oz - and turning it upside down - to let all the coke out.......it'll come out very sluggish - gulping down - because the opening is smaller. But if it were larger, it'd poor out like a woman on her menstrual cycle for the month of August.

first off....thats gross....secondly if a header is worth buying, then it will not hurt your hp, no matter what exhaust it is liked up to....
