Default 3rd gen: fault code 11?

hey does anyone know what this code means i cant find it anywhere, the prelude is a 1988 Si model.

check the code again I have a feeling its not an 11.

um na its definately 11 short flashes, i know it sounds wrong but i checked many times, i changed the ecu from the original one but the one thats in there now is out of the exact same model, someone told me theres a difference in the new zealand new preludes as mine is an import, something about the air temperature sensor been replaced by a intake mixture adjuster, does this sound right to anyone?

My usdm chiltons manual does not list a code 11, it lists cel code 10 as the AIT, air intake temp sensor.

if i unplug the air temp sensor i get fault code 10 and 11 at the same time so it cant be that

must be because its imported, make sure you reset the ecu after you plug it back in and see if you get the same code.

ive tried resetting the computer but it still throws the code, the engine check light is constantly on but the engine seems to run perfectly fine, anybody got any ideas?

Does the cel come on imediately after starting after you reset it? Its running in open-loop(pre-programmed info).

the cel comes on as soon as the ignition is switched on and then the engine check light comes on once the cars started, i think it may be running a little bit rich as well
