2001 prelude radiator support removal
So my prelude I rear ended a truck and wouldn't let them junk it since it's just the front end that's f***** however I need a new radiator support however it's welded in and idk if there's a better way then using a grinder cause at certain points it doesn't look welded to the frame but it's sealed on there and I'm chewing up grinder blades tryna get it off. Any help or advise would be appreciated! I'm outta state working and planning to get her back on the road as soon as I get home!

the core support /is/ welded to the frame rails, the inner structure, and the upper rails with several spot welds. unless it's been previously wrecked and fixed, you should just need to drill out the spot welds and leave the undamaged sheet metal alone.
google spot weld drill and you'll find a couple options that will help you get it off.
