Why do you have a fuel rail? The stock fuel system is good for at least 230whp, which you're nowhere close to.
You've already done most of the "easy" mods, there's not much left before you have to start spending the big bucks. You can try a new intake manifold, bigger throttle body, cam gears, and get the whole thing tuned. That should get you another 15whp or so.
By the way, even with all those mods you won't have the "ULTIMATE H22", not even close. Titling your posts like that will get you laughed at.

well..... if your looking to do something outside the engine.... you could still get underdrive pullies and light crank pullie....
but if you are really looking to go supercharger or turbo. then i would think not to waste any more money on little things... save for the big project...

Hondata dyno tuning Upgrade tires, you could do a clutch and a light flywheel. If you are going to turbo or supercharge you can still use all of these and not be wasting your money.

Judging by your nick and location, you're the creator of this thread and you've just created a new trial account to get around the post limit, which I think is also a no-no. I wasn't trying to be a dick, just telling the truth. Sorry if I offended you.
