I use it mainly for tire changing, oil changing, and chain adjustments.
I got the pitbull setup because it's the most sturdy, and I got a deal 260 for the rear spool and swing arm setup and the new front SS triple treet stand
can't beat that and it'll last forever.

I have both Lockhart Philips and Pitbull and highly recommend the Pitbull stands.

Whats all this talk about spools? How much are they, and what benefits do they offer? I know you have to buy your stand based on spools or no spools. My bike is an 02 f4i can I mount spools on it?

I use only a rear stand...i use it at night in the garage, and when i take the bike to the track...in between runs its effective in putting more oil over the clutch plates to keep them cool...also to spin the tire so i can clean off any debris that i picked up on the return road.

Never really had the need for a front stand though.

I use a baxley sport chock plus a rear stand and the rear stand plus a front stand to lift it all the way off of the ground. I use these all the time too as I have no kickstand.

I like using jackstands for certain projects. Especially when removing shocks or doing anything other than just taking the wheel off or cleaning the chain.

I don't get why all bikes don't come with centerstands. If you ride the bike hard enough to need THAT much ground clearance, you can deal with removing a stand.

Hey GraphiteAccord, alteast my Yam doesn't throw check engine lights left and right! (All I have is neutral, high beam, turn signals, and oil pressure lol)
