Werd. I've been eyeing up a CRF230L. I had a couple of XR250Rs years ago and loved the tossability. I had always liked the XR250L when it existed but I wasn't old enough for a license at the time, so a dual sport was out of the question. Now that I could use one, I've been getting the itch

It's kind of lame that few offroaders come with a kick starter anymore though.

i must be a ***** cause kick starting has little appeal to me, and i'm too big to fret over weight savings.

and yeah the motard guys are scary fast. that is definitely the ideal bike for santa cruz mountains. the supersports are fine on the popular roads but you can't really attack the roads with more twists and rougher pavement.

i have to wrestle the FJR up and down Page Mill to get a good pace, it is fun to me... but the motard guys really rip and and down the road, flicking their little machines into those steep hairpins like nothing.

For reference.

So I'm not gonna lie. I think GraphiteAccord is an *******. But even I'm getting tired of all the asshats trying to take shots at him.

I will admit, GA's gotten a lot better and I'm starting to understand some of his humor a little more.

GA!
