Wouldn't matter if you were moving that would make it worse you would have a gang of people following you throwing **** at your car hitting it or damaging it. They don't even need to do that all they need it 10-15 people to surround you and force you to stop and being pissed off that you tried to run away I doubt you would be safer by being in motion

Believe it or not riders do not have the greatest public image. Do you really expect somebody to get out of their car with a bunch of idiots standing there, after just plowing over their buddy?
Watch that video of some harleys trying to pass an RV. When the harleys run off the road the people in the RV don't want to stop because they think they will get jumped. And they didn't even make contact....
The driver probably thought the best thing to do in that situation is to keep driving to the nearest public place or police station. I don't blame them.

what the fark are you guys talking bout? are you serious?? condoning driving away?? regardless how stupid the kid was and shouldn't have been trying to stunt on public roads he got rear ended, cuz the suv was following to close..
second, explain that to law enforcement how you fleed the scene of an accident... hmmm hit from behind, fleed the scene = major lawsuit all the kid has to say was i accidently grabbed too much front brake, (even though it's a lie) suv fleed the scene, not much of a case.. suv driver gets Fvcked not to mention if the bikers rally up cuz they think your fleeing, lawsuit would be the least of the worries...

if the SUV driver felt threatened by the squid-thugs they could have just pulled over, locked the doors and waited for police to come to the scene. i don't think driving away from the scene would be justified, unless the squid-thugs started to attack the SUV driver.

i would understand not wanting to stop if the SUV guy was to blame or the guy on the bike didn't stop so suddenly. but honestly if someone did that in front of me and i hit them i would get out because im sure there would be enough level headed people there to defend you and say yeah it was the riders fault....unless they were all squids then I would be pretty nervous.

BUT when your doing tricks on the street(and of all streets your doing it in a blind curve) your automatically doing something illegally therefore his fault......
if a judge saw that vid do you really think that the rider would get off scott free?

The rider, why? He is riding his bike in a direction where there is only one lane, in the middle of the day, the car behind him probable saw the biker take the corner as though he kept riding(as he should have) and didn't think to stop before continuing down the road.
Why should the guy in the car have to stop before the turn if there is no reason to stop?
