Couldn't tell whether the driver was running the light or the scooter was just speeding.

Either way...the rider should have used SEE.

 

Car definitely blew threough a red signal because the scooter had the green.

ya looks like the scoot had the green, ah yeah there's always gonna be awful people on the road, on the phone, writing text msg's, eating burgers, styling their hair, drunk!! so u cud be doing everything correctly and BLAMMO!! that kinda video wud put you off riding on the roads
