they dont recomend it cause it messes with the handling of the bike, like u can take corners and curves like u use to, but its not that big of a deal cause i dont take them that hard anyways, most of my riding is freeway riding

i dont like the look of the cowl, never had like it, plus my girl loves to ride also so i like the rear seat there also, undertail is something i want asap, mirrors im goin to order new ones, i really dont like the stock ones they are real big a bulky
