Default Problem

Whenever my bike is at low RPMs sometimes I can hear some sputtering. Also once in a while the sputtering gets bad enough that the engine will shut off. And around 2000 to 3000 RPM I think I hear some slight engine knocking but I am not using the wrong fuel. My guess is that the timing belt needs to be adjusted as most of the problems can be attributed to desynchronized piston and spark motion but what do you guys think?

What kind of bike do you have?

Do you hear more of rattling noises around those rpms?

A timing CHAIN can cause this issue, as can unsinked Throttlebodies
