Default Have a question mounting about fuel tank

I was putting my tank i got of ebay today and it wasn't mounting up right. When i would put the two lower bolts in then the top wouldnt line up and same if i did it the opposite way. I just looked on ronayers.com at the parts guide and it seems that i am missing a couple of rubber tank mounting peices. Could this be whats keeping it from mounting right or is the frame tweaked a little bit? If you dont now if a 02 f4i

You need the rubber pieces for the front part of the tank. You could probably find something from your local home-improvement store.
