where's the crash video of the guy who crashed in a race (on the track), hit the side of the tarp, bounced back, and the red motorcycle flew by his head nearly decapitating him?

I know that video is old but hopefully that rider came out alright. From here it looks like target fixation, don't know why he tried putting his foot down.

looks to me he did two things wrong.
1) showing off, you can see him press in his clutch just before the bend. that means he most likely downshifted and then let out the clutch without blipping the throttle to rev-match the wheels - thus losing rear traction.
2) target fixation - he was going straight trying to stop instead of turning.
