Painted passenger pegs and heat shields
painted my passenger pegs and heatshields or w/e they are called above the sets....I think it came out ok...Yea shes really dirty from sitting in the garage for the past few weeks...Sorry for the poor pics try and get some outdoor sunny pics tomorrow

installed wrong, the two peices should be on once side of your drop bracket, if you understand what im saying, instead of having one on either side right now

newfie is correct. Both ends of the clamp should be touching eachother and on the outside of the peg. You also need some kind of rubber around the inside of the clamp to prevent damage to the can.

i got it thanks yes there is protection on the clamp its just hard to see

. I will take care of it eventually. Ive had it less than a month. It sucks the previous owner didnt do a better job of lubing it but i dont need to hear about it every time i make a ******* thread. Thanks

spray paint/ did u sand blast it? i did mind couple months ago but the paint was chipping of,i needed to sand blast it. looks nice btw

I did mine, I just cleaned with steal wool and then sanded with some sand paper put a few coats of primer and then a few coats of matte black.

if I were him I would, w/ the seat cowl as soon as I get a seat cowl the passenger pegs are coming off mine, they sell exhaust brackets for pretty cheap w/out the peg.

meh, I have a girlfriend and she hates riding on it so I'm all about it looking good.
