Can any body recomend a good shop in bay area or central valley?????

Hey whats up people. So I live in Merced CA and i am in need of a good shop with good pricing. I have 97 CBR 900rr. I have a little problem, it all started when the gears started popping out of gear half way through the power band, I was told the forks were bent. I ignored that problem and know the bike seized so if anybody could recommend a good shop with good prices that would be great.
