hey i found a 95 kawasaki zx6r with 12,000 miles and minor fairing damage for 2700$ and i was just wondering if this is a good deal? should i jump on it?

That's not bad. It depends on the extent of the damage. It could be more than just minor fairing damage. Maybe offer $2300...

yeah 2300 is what i was thinking because the 2700 was o.b.o. and the guy said that its just a small crack on one of the fairings and it doesnt really neeed to be replaced

If that's the only damage, then it's a good deal. But you'll want someone who's knowledgeable in motorcycles to take a look at the bike with you.

i bought my zx6r for 3gs and i had to have it painted. so that doesnt sound bad to me at all. Plus he had some mods on the bike (Carbon fiber, exh, stage 3 jetkit,etcc...)

If you get it you will have a lot of fun, my bike is fast as hell... just be careful and look at the fork seals. Make sure they are not leaking mine were and still are.

Bring someone with you that knows about bikes and can look it over for you!!! Also get the seller to let you ride it...because I know a couple of people with mid 90's ninjas that have no 2nd gear left. Just somthing that will cost you a good amount to have fixed!!! Good luck
