3rd eye...

So today I found out you can get a third eye on a bike.... I just got the bike last friday and I'm pretty new to the whole bike thing... Where can I pick up one? How much are they and is the quality good? How do you like it? Is there a purpose to have one? LMK, thanks in advance...
